Project Description

Crude & Chemical Handling

Inrada constructs, delivers and designs custom-made chemical injection and distribution systems for different types of process applications such as; hydrate control in pipelines and well, production processes and water treatment. Chemical Injection and Distribution systems are used for preventing and mitigating the problem that affects process completion or production flow.

These systems comprise multiple chemical services connected with compartment storage tanks or pressure vessels. Chemicals are relocated using chemical injection pumps from the tanks to the injection points. To guarantee that the appropriate quantity of chemical is injected flow rates can be regulated remotely and locally.

Chemical injection sets Intended for many different uses:
– Hydrate control chemicals for example methanol, MEG, KHI or LDH
– Production chemicals, for example, pour-point depressants, scale inhibitors, asphaltene inhibitors or wax inhibitors
– Production Water treatments chemicals, for example, biocides or demulsifiers, foam or corrosion inhibitors

Inrada recommends custom made designs, that allow for weight limits and plot sizes that can be used for a wide range of applications. These can contain pressure, level and flow instrumentation that can be indicated locally or remotely.
