Hydraulic Rotary Actuators

Pleiger rotary actuators are specially developed for the operation of butterfly and ball valves. Pleiger rack and pinion actuators type STK are available in double and single design. The Pleiger STK actuators are designed to operate in any enviroment, even submerged or in hazardous areas. In emergency cases all actuators can be operated by hand pump. Pleiger hydraulic actuators provide continuous output over the full quater turn.

Swivel Gear Pumps (ST)

STE   Swivel gear with adjustable end, stop limitation
STED Swivel gear with adjustable end, stop limitation and end stop cushioning.

Electro Hydraulic System (EHS)

EHS-D3 – Double acting rotary actuator, open/close and continous operation

EHS-Q – Power pack unit used for seperately installed linear or rotary actuators
EHS-EX – Double acting and single acting rotary and linear actuators, in explosion proof design
EHS-UM – Double actiong rotary actuator for permanent submerged opened/closed and continous valve operation

WK(C); IK(C) type Limit Switches

Magnets in different dimensions

If the magnet is placed on ferromagnetic material, increases the operating distance, because the effect of the switching pole and thus the entire magnetic field is increased. As standard, the magnets with the south pole supplied as switching side. Magnets with North Pole can be delivered as switching page.

N type Inductive proximity switches

Inductive proximity switches can switch contactors, relays or other electrical consumers. Thus, all automation processes can easily be solved with our switches as control or monitoring switches.

Digital Speed  Monitor and Digital slip monitor

The speed monitor is used to monitor rotating or oscillating machine parts
The slip monitor is for monitoring variable speed Systems. Installations as metering belts , belt drives , etc.

Version: Fine adjustment thanks to the big rotary knob. When turning, rotary knob remains in the same height. Good repeatability due to large range of adjustment (10 turns)

Digital Amplifier Card DC 05 (10)

Digital amplifier card with constant current controller PDM Supply voltage: 18 … 30 V DC, residual ripple > 10 % Two independent analog set point inputs 0..+/- 10V, 4…20 mA  Ambient temperature: 0…+50 °C, Weight: 0.4 kg  Mounting position: vertical, to allow free air circulation.

Brake Cylinder

Version : This brake cylinder is used by a worldwide specialist in bakery equipment.

The brake cylinder has a single acting pressure regulating stroke from 2 – 105 Bar with bypass valve and measuring quick connection.

Emergency Handpump / Brake Release Assembly

Version: This Emergency Handpump/brake release assembly is used by a worldwide specialist in the field of maintenance of railway wagons.

This set has a double acting hand pump with 3-way function and safety valve. The cylinder has been engineered to fit and release the brakes of their railway wagons. Supplied with hydraulic hoses and easy quick connections.
