HUB Pressure System, 1T1-2397.A & 1T1-3396.A

Version: Pumpset to pressurize shaft seals

Pressure difference: 0,1 – 4 Barg
Rated Power: 0,15Kw 400V 50Hz & 24VDC
Flow: 1,18 – 12 cm³/rev
Optional: Classification approval; Conservation and flange connections.

Lubrication Oil Pumpset, 1T2-3822.B

Version: Combined Double gearpumps with two suction – and one pressure connections.

Pressure difference: 1,7 – 28 Barg
Flow: (2x) 08,4+03,9 cm³/rev
Rated Power: S1 1,75Kw 1800 Rpm 440V 60Hz
Optional: Classification approval ; Conservation

Gearpump, Type SNP2/3 ; SU2/3-CIL

Version: Gearpumps & transmissions, suitable for driving other transmission, in which heavy combined loads take place (axial and radial).

Pressure range: 0 – 250 Barg
Flow: 3,9 – 88,2 cm³/rev
Optional: Classification approval; Conservation; connection flanges (welding flanges).

Directional Control Valves sizes 6 till 25

Version: 4/2 and 4/3 Solenoid-; Manually-; Hydraulic-;  Pneumatic Operated Directional Control Valves.
Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 500 L/min
Rated Power: 24 VDC – 230 VAC

Directional Control Valves specials

Version: Directly controlled switching position monitoring via mechanical proximity switch.
Maximum Pressure: 350 Barg
Flow: 0 – 70 L/min
Connections: The units are bolted on sub plates and sealed by  O-rings.

Proportional Valves sizes 6 till 25

Version: 4/2 and 4/3 Solenoid Operated Proportional Valves.

Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 500 L/min
Rated Power: 10 VDC – 24 VDC

3-Way Prop Pressure Reducing Valves

Version: Indirectly controlled, electrically adjustable HERION  hole pattern

Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 70 L/min
Connections: The units are bolted to subplates and sealed by    O-rings

3-Way pressure reducing valves Size 6 and 10

Version: The pressure reducing valves of Type D Y K are  indirectly controlled spool-type valves.

Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 70 L/min
Connections: The units are bolted on sub plates and sealed by  O-rings.

2-Way pressure reducing valves Size 10 and 25

Version: The pressure reducing valves of Type D M K are indirectly-controlled spool-type valves.

Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 360 L/min
Connections: The units are bolted on sub plates and sealed by O-rings.

Pressure Relief Valves NG 10, 25 and 32.

Version: The pressure relief valves of Type D B S and the sequence valves of Type D Z S are indirectly-controlled seat valves

Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 800 L/min
Connections: The units are bolted on sub plates and sealed by O-rings.

Pressure Relief Valves NG 10

Version: The pressure relief valves of type D B C 10 are direct operated seat valves.

Maximum Pressure: 315 Barg
Flow: 0 – 100 L/min
Connections: G1/2” till G 3/4″

Throttle Check Valves Size 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 25

For inline and switchboards installation.

Version: Fine adjustment thanks to the big rotary knob. When turning, rotary knob remains at the same height. Good repeatability due to large range of adjustment (10 turns)
Maximum Pressure: 350 Barg
Flow : 0 – 350 L/min
Connections: G1/4” till G1 1/4″

Digital Amplifier Card DC 05 (10)

Digital amplifier card with constant current controller PDM Supply voltage: 18 … 30 V DC, residual ripple > 10 % Two independent analog set point inputs 0..+/- 10V, 4…20 mA  Ambient temperature: 0…+50 °C, Weight: 0.4 kg  Mounting position: vertical, to allow free air circulation.
